European Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Coming In January (Rumor)

When the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 was launched, Samsung decided to skip Europe for the release of the handset and now we have more details about the European release of the Galaxy Note 5.

We have already seen evidence of the existence of the European version of the Note 5 and now according to a recent report from Gadget Talk, the device is coming to Europe in January.

The guys from Gadget Talk have been told by Samsung Romania that the handset will launch in the country in January 2016, it should also land in other countries in Europe, including the UK at the same time, although this has yet to be confirmed.

As a reminder, the Galaxy Note 5 comes with a 5.7 inch display that features a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The handset is powered by an octa core Exynos 7420 processor from Samsung and it also features 4GB of RAM and a choice if their 32GB or 64GB of built in storage.

The device comes with Android 5.1 Lollipop and it features front and rear facing cameras, the front camera on the handset is a 5 megapixel version and the rear camera is a 16 megapixel model. The device also comes with WiFi, Bluetooth, 4G LTE and a 3000 mAh battery.

Samsung’s Galaxy Note handsets have been popular in Europe in the past, so it was a somewhat strange move for Samsung not to make the handset available when it launch in the US, exactly why Samsung did this remains to be seen. As soon as we get some confirmation on the exact launch date of the SamsungGalaxy Note 5 in Europe, we will let you guys know.
